Once upon a time…

In a town situated at the top of a hill, someone told a story about a witch that caused darkness at the beginning of November.

A little girl called Anna hadn’t heard this story and always wondered why it was always dark during the first days of November.

One day, little Anna, anxious to know why, asked her mom about the darkness. Her mum told her the story with fear in her voice:

– “It is said in town that there is a witch in the forest that causes darkness”.

After this intriguing conversation, Anna was astonished and wondered if she could cause darkness. One day, gathering up all her courage she entered the forest. She walked and walked and still could not see an end to the forest. She collapsed exhausted, found shelter between the trees and fell asleep.

Next morning, she woke up on a confortable bed, wondering how she had got there, because she had fallen asleep in the forest.

Anna opened the bedroom door and heard someone making a noise. She went down stairs and a very nice woman said:

– “Good morning! did you have a good night? I found you yesterday all alone. Did you get lost?”

Anna replied: “No, I was looking for a witch that causes darkness at the end of the forest”.

The lady said: “I cause darkness and I am living at the end of the forest, but I´m not a witch”.

Little Anna said shocked: “You are not a witch! Can you teach me how to cause darkness?”

– “Of course I can” – said the woman.

The girl said enthusiastically: “Why do you always cause darkness at the beginning of November?”

– “Because there is a very special flower on that date, only on that date, and it is because of that”.

The woman spent the whole day teaching Anna to cause darkness.

– “Oh, no! it’s too late!!”

Meanwhile in town, her parents were desperately looking for her and came to the conclusion that the witch had taken their daughter. So all the mums protected their kids.

All the parents prepared to enter the forest to catch the witch of darkness, at the same time as Anna was saying goodbye to the old woman, making a promise to visit her again the next day and keep on learning.

Running between the trees she arrived to the town, climbed on a high wall and said:

– “Can I have your attention, please? I have to tell you that the witch doesn´t exist. Living in the forest is a very good woman. I went searching for a bad witch, and I met a nice woman instead, who taught me how to cause darkness”.

Everybody looked at each other and wondered whether Anna was telling the truth. They had to verify it and so, the next day as Anna wwas leaving to look for the nice woman everybody asked her many questions. She answered honestly and they all believed her.

So, from that day on, nobody thinks there is a witch, and many people visit the old woman and are delighted by her intelligence and wisdom.

….The waiter ran off to look for help, but what a surprise when suddenly he began to turn orange, and green leaves sprouted from his head. He was turning into a pumpkin!

The kids in the dining room where still impatiently waiting for their dessert, when suddenly they heard strange voices and saw brooms flying out of the kitchen.

They all went to see what was going on. They were all delighted and approached the kitchen to see that day´s magic. Suddenly, Biby said:

-“Kids, today is Halloween!”

This took them by surprise, so they made a cloth bag and went around the school, class by class asking the famous question:

“Trick or treat?”

Suddenly, the whole school was involved in a unexpected party. Everybody enjoyed it so much and began to think that if there was chocolate ravioli it was because the cook had planned the menu at the beginning of the month and was the only one who had remembered such an important date.

Biby and the cook and all the other children ended up getting the best deal because every halloween day they planned to enjoy sweets and candies…Trick or treat?.

And that is the end of the story…

In Biby´s school dining room, there is a huge kitchen where, everyday, the cooks prepare the best recipes they can.

Among these recipes are lentil with vegetables, rice with tomato, meatloaf, and a very nice dessert which the veteran cook calls “chocolate ravioli”, which is always cooked for special occasions.

One day, the famous chocolate ravioli had been prepared. It had been ordered a long time ago but the dessert was still in the kitchen. Something was going on!.

Suddenly, one of the waiters went into the kitchen a bit concerned, because he had to serve the ravioli, and the kids in the dining room were getting hungry. What he saw left him speechless.

The cooks had put on witches dresses and pointed hats, and some of them were even flying on their brooms!

The saucepans had turned into huge cauldrons, where the witches were stirring a potion, tasting it with giant wooden spoons.

There were toads and snakes roaming around the kitchen, between the cauldron and the rest of the strange ingredients.

Once upon a time there was a very pretty and young princess, who wanted to marry the prince of her dreams.

One day she secretly travelled to Everland to see the prince she had always dreamed about, but met a powerful witch called Evelyn on the way.

The witch wanted to change places with the princess and even to look like her and this she finally did. The witch left looking exactly like the princess who was in love with the prince. The princess now looked like the witch but still had the dream of visiting the prince.

When the princess arrived in Everland, the witch was already there with the prince.

The princess wanted to show him that she was the real princess but the prince did not trust her. He asked the witch to marry him and the witch accepted quickly.

One day before the wedding, the prince saw the witch casting spells and so decided to send her into exile, but as the witch was so powerful she bewitched him.

The princess was so sad when saw him bewitched that she started crying. One of her tears dripped onto the prince´s body and he woke up immediately.

The witch was so tired of fighting for the land that she gave up, and the princess turned back into a real princess again with her beautiful looks.

The prince realized what had happened, and asked the princess to marry him. They got married the next day and lived happily together and went on to have many beautiful babies.

Once upon a time there was a girl called Chocolate and her parents were knight Merlin and queen Sissi.

They were very happy until one day, the witch Evelyn appeared. They ran away to hide inside the castle, but Evelyn wanted revenge.

Fifteen years later, Chocolate had grown up and it was her birthday. Her parents organized a big party to celebrate it. But when the party finished, Chocolate went outside where Evelyn was hiding and caught her, separating her from her parents.

Her parents were looking for her, but she had disappeared because the witch Evelyn had locked her up in a tower.

Five years later, Marcus; a brave prince went to fight against the evil witch and rescue Chocolate. The prince Marcus beat Evelyn, rescued the pretty princess Chocolate and took her back to the castle with her parents. The good news of the princess coming back home was received with jubilation.

Prince Marcus fell in love with her beauty, and they finally got married and lived happily with the princess´parents, without the horrible memory of the evil witch called Evelyn, because the brave prince had ended up with her bitter and evil existence.

And that is the end of the story…

Elvira, the girl who never trusted, was a witch living in a small village far from the big cities. She used to spend lots of hours practicing her Spells, but she was too hopeless and was not able of casting spells.

She was the youngest daughter of the most important wizard of the small village, everybody used to call her “the bad witch”. She was always groaning and treating the other badly, because they did not accept her, actually she did not accept herself either.

She was one day looking at the clouds through the window, when saw a group of white parrots flying around. They were like dancing at the sky, it was a beautiful choreography, almost perfect.

Elvira realized that one of the white parrots was separated from the group, and was flying faster and more strongly than the others to reach them. Suddenly, the white parrot, tired of trying it, decided to fly to the opposite way, landing on Elvira´s window.

-“I can´t stand them anymore!”

Elvira was looking at him smiling.

– “What?” – said the parrot.

Elvira ran to her room and showed him a drawing she had made.

– “Look, it´s you! a white parrot!”

– “Co-cka-too…I am a cockatoo. A distant relative of the parrot, I am white with a yellow crest on my head, that is the difference”. – replied.

Elvira roared of laughter, the cockatoo was annoyed, but he still looked nice and friendly. They were looking at the cockatoos family through the window, Elvira told him that one of her favorite hobbies was to look outside the window. She used to play after practicing her spells, watching shapes of clouds and drawing them later.

The cockatoo told her that she had been trying to be part of the group for a long time ago. She had beat her wings as fast as she could, but she was never able of reaching them.

– “I am different, and that is not bad. The bad thing is that I don´t accept myself, and I want to be like the others, Do you know something? It´s not the first time I see you. My family chooses this place to fly because is far from the cities and the noise, I have noticed you never laugh, Today, though, I saw you laughing several times.”

Elvira and the cockatoo became very good friends that day.They went for walks around the village, drew together,and laugh together. One day, while watching the sunset, orange, pink and yellow. Elvira confessed to her friend that her big dream was to fly and discover new places.

– Let´s fly” – said the cockatoo.

– “I can´t fly; I don´t have wings, and I can´t cast the broom spell” – said Elvira.

– “Yes, you can. You don´t have wings, but have dreams, think about your deep desires” – said the cockatoo.

Elvira closed the eyes and her feet detached from the ground. That is how the bad witch and her faithful friend, the happy cockatoo started a new adventure.

It was a usual day when, suddenly, started to rain. I went inside my house and, suddenly an earthquake started. The house was getting destroyed too fast.

A tornado came taking Susie with it. The girl had fallen asleep, but when she woke up, saw a beautiful place made of sweets. Began to eat until was full. Then she continued walking through a road of bonbons.

A pretty woman appeared and told her that the road of bonbons was delicious, and the chocolate road was worst. The girl did what she said and continued walking through the bonbons road. She arrived at a candy forest, it looked ugly and did not want to continue.

Turned back, but the roads had disappeared, so, took courage and continued walking. After crossing the forest she saw a ginger house, went inside and fell into a cage, tried to bite it to scape, but it was made of metal, suddenly she saw the pretty woman, who had good look, but actually was an awful person. Prepared a really hot candy and gave it to Susie.

The pretty woman suddenly became an awful witch, Susie realized that she was a witch that wanted to eat her, but Susie was smarter than the witch and was able to scape and went back home.

 THE END

Moral of the Story: Do not judge by appearances, can be deceptive.

Once upon a time, there was beautiful fairy princess, she was living in her kingdom with her father the king and her mother the queen.

Everybody there was able to fly but her and her family; because and evil wizard had put a curse on the whole family, and the spell could only be undone by a good witch, good hearted with feelings. But unfortunately, the good witch of the kingdom had died.

She said to herself:

-“I won´t give up and I will find a good witch to undo the spell!”

But she knew that her parents would never let her go to look for the witch.

One day, at midnight, she dressed up as a maidservant, and went out of the castle. When her parents went to wake her up at sunrise, did not find her.

The princess searched inside an abandone cave in where she found a book of spells, searched and searched around to see if there was any wizard that had forgotten it. But she did not find anyone, so went back to the castle. When she arrived, waited a punishment for having escaped.

Went into the room and remembered the book, looked for it and opened it, reading page after page, discovered many spells, one for swimming, another, for surfing…but none of them were the one she needed, until found a note between two pages saying:

“Whoever finds and reads this book will be the next good witch or good wizard of the kingdom“.

Suddenly, a ray of light came in through the window until her, she was shocked and began to fly, breaking the spell and becoming the good witch of the kingdom.

And that is the end of the story…

The moral of the story: Never give up

Once upon a time there was a very friendly witch called Charlotte. One day, she moved to another town, she was afraid of making friends, because she thought that nobody would be her friend, and said:

“I am afraid of making new friends, I will cast a spell on them so they will come to me looking for help, then they will thank me and I will be their friend“

And so she did, but instead of making a new friend, she made an enemy.

All the kids complained because they wanted to be normal again, but charlotte did not apologized because was afraid of it, so didn´t.

One day, one of Charlotte´s neighbor organized a halloween party, and invited everybody in town but Charlotte. The little witch was so,so sad, and went to asked them why did they not invite her, and said:

“Because you bewitched us, we look like monsters now, that is why we only can have halloween parties. Can you not see the damage you have done? My birthday party has to be a halloween party too!”

Charlotte left the place angry, but after thinking a while, turned back and apologized to her neighbors and canceled the spells. Her neighbors were very happy and forgave her. Charlotte was invited to the party finally.

Charlotte stopped of doing pieces of mischiefs and had lots o friends, she was very, very happy.

The moral of the story: You can not trick people to make new friends

Once upon a time, there was an evil witch living in Italy. When the italians found her, locked her up in a tower so she could not do sorcery. But what they didn´t know was that she had a daughter called Katy that was borned some years before. Katy grew up alone, so she did not know that had powers.

One day, she was playing the ball in the park, a boy raised his arms and suddenly realized that was very high, near the clouds, looked down and saw almost the whole world, and said:

– “I´m flyiiiiiiiing!!!!

Katia  went to an old man´s house, he was the one that had been taking care of her since she was small. She needed an explanation of what had happened, and the old man told her the truth, that she had inherited the powers of her mother, who was an evil witch.

Katy was scared of her powers, because were evil powers, but the old man told her that to be evil she should have been reared by an evil person, and if she wanted to be good, had to train hard to beat those magic beings that wanted to hurt her.

When Katy was ready to protect herself, had to move to another city, far from her acquaintances; She did not have a magic cat guiding her way.

When she arrived, went to live with a very poor family, found a job to help them with the money. She became very good friend of a boy, whose dream was to fly, but as they were poor, his parents could not buy him a flight ticket.

When Katy told him that she was a witch, he asked her for flying on her broom, otherwise he would think she is a coward.

Katy was desperate, because she could lose a friend if she rejected the proposal, and if she flew with the broom, people would discover her, and she would be locked up in a tower like her mother. She did not know which was the worst option, but as she was so nice, decided to take the kid to fly, knowing the risk of being captured.

When the citizens saw her, called the authorities. Right in that moment, a big light appeared and said that she was good, forgave her, and the town trusted her.

Katia used her powers to help people the rest of her life.
